Building on the triumph of the recently launched Air-Liner Light XC insert and the proven expertise of the previous Air-Liner Gravel insert, Vittoria has crafted a groundbreaking new generation of gravel inserts that redefine performance, offering benefits that extend well beyond mere puncture protection.

Comfort and Stability - The Air-Liner Light Gravel allows progressive compression of the tyre during off-road riding. Riders experience enhanced comfort, stability, and grip without even realizing the insert is at work. The foam provides a ?limitless travel? effect, resulting in a smoother ride.
Puncture Protection - The foam?s progressive compression absorbs extreme shocks, preventing tyre punctures caused by heavy impacts with rim walls (commonly known as snake bites). Additionally, the insert enhances lateral stability during cornering, reducing the risk of tyre burping.
Run-Flat Capability - In the event of a puncture and air loss, the Air-Liner Light Gravel overexpands from its original volume to support the tyre. Its semi-permeable foam retains air pressure and releases it gradually as the tyre loses air. This allows riders to continue cycling even with a flat tyre. The unique semi-permeable feature makes the insert compatible with sealant and makes it resistant to cuts.

Vittoria’s latest and greatest creation is the Corsa Pro – the most advanced cotton road tyre ever made. Bonding the tyre to the tread using a new electrical vulcanization, Vittoria managed to make the Corsa Pro seamless, improving flexibility which makes the tyre even more supple and adaptable to the road surface.
The Corsa Pro also uses the new Silica + Graphene compound, which combines Vittoria’s proven Graphene research with Silica, a material chosen for its ability to improve speed, durability and grip. Add that to a high-density, low weight puncture protection belt between casing and tread and you have one of the fasted performance road tyres on the market.
