By using this website and/or by placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact one of our customer service advisors before placing an order with us. English law governs these terms and conditions and your use of our website and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights. Your use of this website is at your own risk. We will not assume any liability from your use of this website. While we always strive to provide you with accurate information, we will not assume any responsibility for errors or omissions on our website, or for any failure to update information. This website and our terms and conditions have been for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. Whilst we are happy to supply certain products to outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you. A Contract between the customer and Freewheel for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched. Your credit/debit card will be charged when your order is placed (for the value of the goods despatched, plus postage where appropriate). This does not affect the customer's statutory rights. Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.

The information displayed on this website, including prices, does not constitute an offer to contract or to enter into an agreement. When you send an order by means of this website for goods and/or services, your order shall constitute an offer for the goods and/or services selected. We shall send you an order acknowledgment email to the email address supplied with your order, as soon as you place your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order.

For items being delivered to you (opposed to Click & Collect), when your product is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you a despatch confirmation email.

Order acceptance and the completion of the Contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the Products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it.

Until then Freewheel reserves the right to decline the order. No binding contract is created until your order has been accepted. Any contracts or agreements formed between you and us by means of this website shall be governed and construed according to English law and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English court.

The products offered for sale on this website are directed at residents of the United Kingdom. Freewheel makes no representation that any products referred to on this website are available, or appropriate for use in other locations. If you choose to access this site from other locations, then you are responsible for compliance with local laws if applicable.

Click & Collect

Freewheel offers a "Click & Collect" service via a network of independent retail stores throughout the UK and Republic of Ireland. The "Click & Collect" service is available on all goods marked as "Available for Click & Collect" on each of the product pages on Freewheel.

Our Click & Collect service is free. Simply select your items online, pick Click & Collect as your delivery method (choosing the store of your choice), and complete the rest of the standard check out steps online. Your credit/debit card will be charged when your order is placed. Once your order has been received, the chosen store will contact the customer when the order is ready for collection. The customer must bring a form of ID and the Freewheel order confirmation email as proof of purchase.

Each selected store receives a percentage of the sale from all Click & Collect orders.

Returns, Cancellations and Substitutions

In the event we are unable to fulfil all or part of your order, we will offer you an alternative or, where no suitable alternative is available, issue a refund for the part we cannot fulfil. We will email you to advise if this happens

For Click & Collect orders, should you be unhappy with the items collected from your selected store, please return the item(s) unused and in its original condition and packaging within 30-days from the date of purchase to our Freewheel HQ using the returns labels provided. All returns are FREE; however, we reserve the rights to refuse this free service on a case by case basis. Refunds will be processed by Freewheel and are made to the original method of payment and account holder. The selected store is unable to offer a refund.

Manufacturer's Warranties & Guarantees

Any manufacturer warranty, guarantee or similar assurance applies in addition to your legal rights as a consumer.

Where applicable, details of manufacturer guarantees or service arrangements will be provided with the goods. For goods purchased directly from Freewheel and shipped to your chosen delivery address, our customer services team will deal with all after sales service and warranty claims. In relation to "Click & Collect" orders, you must contact your chosen Freewheel Retail Partner store from whom you collected the goods. They will be your primary point of contact to resolve any service or warranty claims. In the case of extended warranties, if available, these must be registered within 30 days of purchase – please refer to the individual manufacturer product documentation. For help please email or call customerservice@freewheel.co.uk

Warranties are non-transferable and only apply for the original Customer. This does not affect your statutory rights if the goods are faulty or not as described.
