Already boasting one of the best top-end road helmets around in the super-light Genesis, Lazer has set their sights on the mid-range market with another fantastic looking lid: the Sphere.

Designed to be the perfect helmet for the everyday rider, Lazer's research indicated that most riders tilt their heads at around 15 degrees and optimised the ventilation channels of the Sphere to work most efficiently at that angle. It also uses the same Advanced Rollsys retention system as the Genesis which tightens progressively around the head rather than forcing the forehead into the front of the helmet and making you uncomfortable. The Advanced Rollsys also sits the mechanism for tightening the helmet on the top of the head, rather than at the back, giving a less constricted feel and leaving extra room for riders with long hair.

Better than that, the Sphere has been safetey tested by Virginia Tech's independent helmet testing facility and was awarded the highest 5-star rating for safety, so you can ride with the knowledge that you have one of the very safest helmets on the market.

For all-weather riding, the Sphere is compatible with Lazer's Aeroshell, which improves the aerodynamics of the lid as well as keeping out the cold and rain, and it also has a specific eyewear dock at the front for when you need to stow your shades.
