Freewheel offers a "Click & Collect" service via a network of independent retail stores throughout the UK and Republic of Ireland. The "Click & Collect" service is available on all goods marked as "Available for Click & Collect" on each of the product pages on Freewheel.
Our Click & Collect service is free. Simply select your items online, pick Click & Collect as your delivery method (choosing the store of your choice), and complete the rest of the standard check out steps online. Your credit/debit card will be charged when your order is placed. Once your order has been received, the chosen store will contact the customer when the order is ready for collection. The customer must bring a form of ID and the Freewheel order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
Each selected store receives a percentage of the sale from all Click & Collect orders.
In the event we are unable to fulfil all or part of your order, we will offer you an alternative or, where no suitable alternative is available, issue a refund for the part we cannot fulfil. We will email you to advise if this happens
For Click & Collect orders, should you be unhappy with the items collected from your selected store, please return the item(s) unused and in its original condition and packaging within 30-days from the date of purchase to our Freewheel HQ using the returns labels provided. All returns are FREE; however, we reserve the rights to refuse this free service on a case by case basis. Refunds will be processed by Freewheel and are made to the original method of payment and account holder. The selected store is unable to offer a refund.
Any manufacturer warranty, guarantee or similar assurance applies in addition to your legal rights as a consumer.
Where applicable, details of manufacturer guarantees or service arrangements will be provided with the goods. For goods purchased directly from Freewheel and shipped to your chosen delivery address, our customer services team will deal with all after sales service and warranty claims. In relation to "Click & Collect" orders, you must contact your chosen Freewheel Retail Partner store from whom you collected the goods. They will be your primary point of contact to resolve any service or warranty claims. In the case of extended warranties, if available, these must be registered within 30 days of purchase – please refer to the individual manufacturer product documentation. For help please email or call firstname.lastname@example.org
Warranties are non-transferable and only apply for the original Customer. This does not affect your statutory rights if the goods are faulty or not as described.
For shipments in the United Kingdom, all prices include VAT at the applicable rate for the UK.
