No binding contract is created until your order has been accepted. Any contracts or agreements formed between you and us by means of this website shall be governed and construed according to English law and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English court.
The products offered for sale on this website are directed at residents of the United Kingdom. For “Reserve & Collect orders”, should you be unhappy with the items collected from your nominated Partner Store, please return the item(s) to this store unused and in the original packaging. The refund or substitution will be completed by the Freewheel Retail Partner store.
Manufacturer's Warranties & Guarantees
Any manufacturer warranty, guarantee or similar assurance applies in addition to your legal rights as a consumer.
Where applicable, details of manufacturer guarantees or service arrangements will be provided with the goods. For goods purchased directly from Freewheel and shipped to your chosen delivery address, our customer services team will deal with all after sales service and warranty claims. In relation to "Reserve & Collect" orders, you must contact your chosen Freewheel Retail Partner store from whom you collected the goods. They will be your primary point of contact to resolve any service or warranty claims. In the case of extended warranties, if available, these must be registered within 28 days of purchase – please refer to the individual manufacturer product documentation. For help please email or call firstname.lastname@example.org.
Warranties are non-transferable and only apply for the original Customer. This does not affect your statutory rights if the goods are faulty or not as described.
For shipments in the United Kingdom, all prices include VAT at the applicable rate for the UK.
Freewheel accepts orders using all the major credit or debit cards as well as PayPal.
For "Reserve & Collect" orders, payment is made at the time of collection in-store. You will pay the price as specified online, unless available cheaper in store.
