Wetrocknride shop online and local at our Hartlepool Store. We are a family run independent bike specialist available on the high street and online. Wetrocknride why the name in part it’s a nod to a previous life as an outdoor educator with decades of experience and skills in physical education, Health, fitness and well being. Riding your bike is a great way to get a fit, healthy mind and healthy body. Riding can help you regain some balance in your life too.

What do we all ride, Mountain Biking, Enduro, Cross country and Downhill Gravel and BMX, Triathlon, Group rides, social rides, cycle maintenance certified by OFQUAL CYTECH and EAL awards. It’s fair to say we are quite rounded and are proud to have helped local & national athletes at local and national events from Sportive, National Road Race Championships, Duathlon, Triathlon, IRON Man, XC, marathon, Enduro, Downhill & BMX. We are family run award winning voted top 20 independent bike shop in the UK by the Bike Biz. We offer bikes to work, finance and help to raise money for local charities including Macmilan and local hospitals.

Our favourite local riding spots include Hartlepool, Hamsterley Forrest, Guisborough and North Yorkshire. Chopwell and Kielder Forest the Lake District and the Scottish borders. We don’t just run events with local organisations we actively support local riders to achieve their goals. To date we have helped Mountain bikers improve skills and confidence go on to compete in Enduro and Downhill events. local Triathletes go on to IRON MAN Success with our support. We have helped individuals get fit and ride to more.
