Crashing your bike isn't fun. It can be stressful and painful - and that's if you're lucky, so the least of your problems should be how to replace anything that's been damaged. Thats where Lazer's Crash Replacement Programme comes in. A helmet is one of the most important pieces of bike kit you own - Lazer know that better than most - and the Crash Replacement Programme means you can buy a new helmet for 50% off if you damage yours in a crash. 

So if you currently ride a Lazer helmet and ever need a new one after a spill, you're in luck. Check out the information below for how to apply. 

The first thing to know is that, the Lazer Crash Replacement Programme is available only to customers that are resident in the UK & Ireland and purchased their helmet from a UK or Irish dealer.

A helmet up to three years old can be replaced at a reduced price, if it has been involved in an accident. The replacement will always be the same model as the original or the nearest current equivalent if the original is no longer available. When the same colour helmet is no longer available, the customer will be sent an alternative colour from the current range.

This programme is designed to subsidise the cost of buying a replacement when a Lazer helmet has been crashed.

The customer must first contact the Madison Customer Care department to obtain a returns number, and then send in the following:

- The old helmet

- Information about the accident

- Proof of purchase of the old helmet

Once your request has been successfully reviewed (please note this can take up to 7 working days) the customer service team will get in touch with you to arrange the return of your old helmet and to take payment for your new one.

The replacement price is with a 50% discount off the Current SRP of the helmet you’re being supplied as a replacement.

Madison will send the new helmet directly to the customer.
