"Arragons Cycles has been family owned for three generations; my husband and I bought the business from my parents in 2003. A Mechanical Engineer, Phil heads our Shimano Service Centre with Norbert & Zach who are Cytech Qualified & Shimano T.E.C trained. I run the shop with the help of my sister Lucy & Chris who is Physiohaus trained to deliver our Pro Bike Fits. Ben deals with all our internet sales & social media and our team is complete with Reece, who helps out at weekends. We are all keen cyclists with our mechanical team competing at Enduro events round the Country. Chris grew up on his road bike, and tallies up thousands of miles every year. Myself and Phil have completed several Ironman triathlons and enjoy lots of social riding with customers & friends. About the store

We're open 6 days a week, with late night opening on Friday and we have a fully loaded e-commerce site which is open 365 days a year! Our store is in the heart of Penrith which is a market town on the edge of the Lake District and as such, we have some fabulous road and mountain bike trails on our doorstep. We ride & sell tandems, fixies, folding bikes, mountain bikes, road bikes, CX, touring & time trial bikes; so between us, we're confident and able to deal with bike related queries of any nature. We're all passionate about cycling and take great pride in serving our customers well. Our store is home to a wide range of products that we have selected on quality, having tried and tested them ourselves. We're very sociable so enjoy using our store as a venue for maintenance classes, demo evenings and tech classes which forms a great part of our motto #it's-all-about-the-service. We're proud to have been voted Best Bike Shop in the North West by Cycling Weekly, so it's awesome to see our work ethos & culture is radiating to our customers!
