How To Measure

Length

1.      Place your foot on a piece of plain A4 paper.

2.      Mark the top of your longest toe on the paper (hint: this may not be their big toe!)

3.      Then, make a mark at the longest point at the back of your heel.

4.      Using your ruler or tape measure, measure the point between the two lines in cm. This measurement is your length.

Width

1.      Place the tape under your foot, mm side up. Top tip: If you don’t have a tape measure, you can use a strip of paper instead.

2.      Run both your index fingers along the sides of your foot, moving forwards from the heel. The first two hard bones you come to are the joints, and these are your measuring points.

3.      Measure around your foot at these two points, without squeezing the foot. If you’re using a strip of paper, mark these points on the paper and then measure it with a ruler. This measurement is your width.

Tip: It’s suggested to go up in a size if you’re between sizes or even a full size up. If you are struggling to measure your own feet kindly ask someone to help you out.
