Customers who made a purchase of £50 or more between 26th - 31st December 2021 will receive a £10 e-voucher which will be sent to them via email. Your e-voucher can be redeemed online between 1st January 2022 and 31st January 2022.

How can I redeem my e-voucher?​

Your e-voucher can be redeemed online at Freewheel.co.uk between 1st January 2022 and midnight 31st January 2022.

What can I spend my e-voucher on?

You can spend your e-voucher on any items other than Thule, Garmin, Bikes, Frames or discounted clearance products.

Can I use my e-voucher for items less than £10? 

The e-voucher has the value of £10. If the full value is not spent, no change or alternative will be provided.

Can I still redeem my e-voucher if my original purchase is refunded?

If your order is returned to Freewheel for reasons other than it being faulty, the e-voucher is deactivated.

Where do I enter my e-voucher code to get the discount?

Enter your code at the basket where is says “Enter your discount code”. This can be found at the bottom of the page. Press apply and your £10 will be discounted.

Terms & Conditions

• The £10 E-Voucher ‘Spend Now, Save Later’ Promotion (the “Promotion”) is organised by Freewheel (the “Promoter”) of Buckingham House, West Street, Newbury, Berkshire, RG14 1BD.
• You will receive an email with your e-voucher code within 48 hours of receiving your order confirmation email.
• By participating in the Promotion, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the Promotion material. ​
• The Promotion is open to all customers who spend £50 or more online at Freewheel.co.uk from 26th December 2021 to 31^st December 2021 inclusive.
• The Promotion is an online exclusive and not available in Freewheel associated stores.​
• Customers must provide a valid email address in order to receive their E-Voucher. Freewheel accepts no responsibility if a customer provides an incorrect email address.​
• The customer will receive the E-Voucher via email. This will be sent on or the day after you made the purchase. If you do not receive the E-Voucher you must notify us (by contacting customer services) by 4^th January 2022. If you contact us after this date, we cannot issue a replacement E-Voucher.​
• If the order is returned for reasons other than it being faulty, the E-Voucher will be deactivated.​
• The E-Voucher cannot be used against previous transactions or backdated.
• Only one E-Voucher can be used per transaction. ​
• The E-Voucher has the value of £10. If the full value is not spent, no change or alternative will be provided.​
• The E-Voucher can only be redeemed online at Freewheel.co.uk between 1st January 2022 and 31st January 2022 inclusive after which it will expire.
• The E-Voucher cannot be used against the purchase of any Thule, Garmin, Bikes, Frames or discounted clearance products.
• Any personal data is managed in accordance with Freewheels’ Privacy Policy which can be found at https://www.freewheel.co.uk/privacy-policy
• The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Promotion and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice and by continuing to take part in the Promotion subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, participants shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
