The Bike Side is a family run business, with a passion for not just bikes but customer service too!

Tom the director and chief mechanic has been working with bikes for over 20 years and is a Cytech approved qualified technician. Supporting Tom Monday - Friday is Nick (an immensely experienced mechanic and fantastic chap) & Samantha (the friendliest face of the company with organisational skills to die for). Plus our great weekend staff - George (An advanced junior mechanic and fearless rider) and Raff (The youngest of the team with wild hair and an unrivalled enthusiasm for all thing MTB) .

As well as the team, Tom's awesome wife Emma and their two kids, Dids & Harry, lend a hand and keep the cogs turning. Whilst Dids is more of a horse rider like mummy, Harry is definitely following in his fathers footsteps as a super keen mountain biker! As a team, they are really excited to bring this new venture to the people of Sussex.

Tom has been serving an established client base from home for a while now and has worked for and managed a number of Cycle shops over the years. He has experience working on all types of bikes, from unicycles (yes, we can all ride one), tricycles, mountain bikes, triathlon time trial bikes, road bikes to recumbents and of course kids, family and electric bikes as well.
