About the store

The Bike Factory is a long established bike shop in Chester offering great service to our customers for well over 100 years.We are an independent store who cares about cycling and we regularly support cycle rides and have in store events, rides and promotions.
We have a great team of people riding all types of bikes from Brompton, full down-hill mountain bikes and road and gravel bikes to eBikes so we have hands on experience to call on.
Our bike brands are Global market leaders, where advocacy is a part of there remit and innovation is in their DNA so we can offer the latest high tech product as soon as they are available. We have a range of accessories and products that are great value and really make a difference to cyclists enjoyment and performance .
The workshop is a Shimano Service Centre and we have cyctech level one mechanics on hand to help with whatever your needs and requirements. We are also trained in eBike technology being Bosch, Campagnolo, Specialized, Shimano and Brompton trained. so we can just about do anything.
Wheel building can be done and in the past we have built wheels for national and world champions so we can help, just ask.
Bike fitting is also an option here so we can get you on the right bike and a comfortable position and we can build custom bikes for all your needs
We have Demo Bikes available, so you can try before you buy so you can purchase with confidence.
We are open 7 days and have free parking at the rear of the store and are easily found on a main road.
