About the store

In 2002 two riding buddies, Jon and Jim, set out with a goal to build their childhood dream of running a cycle shop in the market town of Louth, on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds. 2022 celebrates Louth Cycle Centre’s 20th Birthday. As the established store began to go from strength to strength so did the popularity of cycling. This gave Louth Cycle Centre the confidence to continue its expansion. Our store colleagues are enthusiastic cyclists and some compete in events such as cross country and cyclocross themselves and ensure the highest levels of technical ability and knowledge. We pride ourselves on giving customers the right information to make informed decisions about their cycle and accessory purchases.

There is an on-site fully equipped pro workshop. where the magic happens. We can undertake every level of service, from fixing a puncture to full custom bike builds. We have built one-off custom bikes for celebrities, TV series, and national level race teams. The workshop is also equipped with the hardware required to digitally diagnose issues and update software on both bikes with electronic shifitng systems and electric bikes from Shimano, Bosch, Yamaha and Mahle. We specialise in tubeless setups and conversions, custom bike builds, and bike fitting.
