About the store

Formed in 2004 by Richard and Liz Watts, Cycle Highlands has grown from a rental and guiding service to become Aberdeenshire’s largest independent cycle store. Specialists in off-road cycles including gravel and e-bikes, we also have a great selection of lightweight children’s bikes. We are located in Ballater, at the heart of Royal Deeside amongst amazing scenery and extensive trail network. As an official demo centre for many leading brands, the shop is a hub for mountain biking and is backed up by the best workshop team in Aberdeenshire.
